Double Dog Yoga primarily offers beginner-level yoga classes for people who have never before tried yoga.
If you’re like most new yoga students, you’re looking at a variety of styles of yoga and not sure what to try first. Or you’ve tried yoga at the gym and have been lost in the crowd, never really sure if you are doing it right.
At Double Dog Yoga, you will enjoy small-group or private yoga instruction specifically designed with the beginner in mind. During our introductory session, we take you through the basics of yoga so that you know enough to try any yoga class you like. We also offer Intermediate and Experienced classes for students who want to continue to practice with us.
Julia Kalish, eRYT-500 is the owner of Double Dog Yoga. She has been practicing yoga since 1998 and teaching for the last four years. She has completed advanced teacher training studies and is a Registered Yoga Alliance teacher.
